  • chevron_rightAs a resident of Tropic Isles, can I use the boat ramp located at the end of Caribbean Street?

On June 8, 2008, Tropic Isles Association received verbal notification that the open access to the boat ramp at Caribbean will be discontinued and it will be blocked off. After speaking with Roger Viar at that time, the Manager for the owner of the properties, they closed access to the ramp and area due to their liability concerns. Members will now have to pay for their launches at an alternate launch site or use the free ramps on the island. Thanks for your understanding and continued support.”

Tropic Isles HOA does not own this property and has no authority or control over this area.
