  • How do I obtain a Resale or Refi Certificate?
    All property information and/or resale certificate requests must be faxed to (361) 356-1905.  
  • What is required to build on the canal?
    Click Here for information regarding approval to build or replace any structure(s) adjacent in the waterways of the Tropic Isles Association.  A City of Corpus Christi Residential Building Permit is required for any build, which can be located here.
  • When does the HOA meet?
    Meetings of the Board of Directors of Tropic Isles are held monthly, generally on the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.  The meetings are held at the Carribean Baptist Church - Assembly Hall (3125 Waldron Road).  Please refer to the Event Calendar for specific dates. Changes and/or cancellations to meetings are posted on the web site.
     
    These meetings are held to conduct business of the association.  Property owner members and visitors are welcomed and encouraged to attend.  
     
    The General Membership meeting is held at the December meeting, immediately following the Board of Directors Meeting.  Voting of board member vacancies is conducted during this annual general membership meeting. 
  • How do I report an issue in the canal?
    Click on "Contact Us" link in the top navigation bar.  The message will be received by the appropriate committee representative.  Please be sure to add pictures and specific detail so we can ensure your issue is promptly addressed.  
  • How do I view the documents listed in the website?

    In order to view documents, you need to utilize the program Adobe.  This program makes every document  accessible regardless of the program the document was created in.  The Adobe program is free.  At the top of pages which have viewable documents, there is a link to download Adobe at no charge.  Once you safe and run this program, you will be able to view our documents.

  • How do I change my password?

    Click "LogIn" in the upper right corner of the page.  After you are logged in, click on "Profile".  Use the form to change your password and any additional profile information.  Then scroll to the bottom to save.

  • Why do I need to register with TropicIslesHOA.com in order to view the Minutes and the Message Board?

    Member login is required due to the potential for sensitive, confidential, or personal information they may contain.   Due to the nature of the information, we want to ensure privacy for all our members.  Subsequently, registration to create a login and password is required.  The required information is first and last name, email address, street address and home phone number.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and type the verification code and enter.  Within a few minutes you will receive an email indicating your request was received.  You will then receive an additional email with your login and password to access the site.  Should you experience any issues or have concerns, please reach out to us through the "Contact Us" page.  

  • As a resident of Tropic Isles, can I use the boat ramp located at the end of Caribbean Street?

    On June 8, 2008, Tropic Isles Association received verbal notification that the open access to the boat ramp at Caribbean will be discontinued and it will be blocked off. After speaking with Roger Viar at that time, the Manager for the owner of the properties, they closed access to the ramp and area due to their liability concerns. Members will now have to pay for their launches at an alternate launch site or use the free ramps on the island. Thanks for your understanding and continued support.”
